To avoid risk of data loss, electronic data is password protected and stored in multiple locations including OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox and Interxion Data Centre as well as with Micronet online and cloud backup solution, all of which have individual Privacy Policies.

Written data is stored in a secure filing system for a period of 6 years. Any loss of data or breach of data protection will be reported to the ICO.
